Ms. Hearns-Smith has recently joined the Degreed on their Client Engagement team. Kerry was the vice president of learning strategy and Global Solutions for Xerox Services. She was responsible for providing learning and development consulting and learning and solution architecture design and development for Xerox clients.

Prior to Xerox, Hearns-Smith was the organizational psychologist and senior performance strategist at Axyspointe, an organizational development and assessment company specializing in the design and implementation of high-performing organizational learning environments. She has more than 20 years of experience working with Fortune 100 companies around the globe on engagements requiring organizational culture renewal and strategic alignment, organizational assessments, business process development, change management, curriculum and program design, executive and leadership development and coaching, and talent capitalization.
